Dear Conference Participants:
As the Conference “Philologies and the Construction of an Open Society. Possibilities, Goals, Challenges” is nearing, we would like to provide you with more details concerning the event.
- CONFERENCE PAYMENT
The conference payment should be settled by September 30th 2017.
Regular conference fee: 350 PLN/ 85 EURO
Students and doctoral candidates: 250 PLN/ 60 EURO

- THEATRE WORKSHOP
We are happy to announce that our conference will be accompanied by a two-day theatre workshop led by prof. Seth Baumrin, who will also deliver a lecture on October 21st, . The following videos offer a glimpse into his work:

The workshop will last 2 days, 19th and 20th October (Thursday and Friday), 4 hours each day. The proposal is directed mainly at our students; nevertheless, we have reserved a couple of places for those of you who might want to participate in this event. The participants may choose to attend the workshop on one day only, it is not compulsory to be there on both days.
If you are interested in the workshop, please write to evetopolska@up.krakow.pl by September 30th, so that we can take it into account when arranging the program of the conference.
- THE PROGRAM
The conference will take place in the main university building:

The participants will be offered refreshments during the breaks, a dinner on Friday (Oct 20th) and a lunch on Saturday (Oct 21st).
The Friday dinner will be held in the city center, whereas the Saturday lunch will be served on campus. Please let us know if you have special dietary needs.
Also, please let us know if for important reasons you have a strong preference for your talk to be scheduled on a particular day.
The preliminary program will be available on our website http://espanola.up.krakow.pl at the beginning of October.
